Write a brief your partner can use
Describe the role, location, work pattern, salary range and essential requirements. Explain the timetable and screening expectations. Keep confidential client details out of the public partner brief.
Agree the split and payment conditions
Confirm the client-fee basis, each agency’s share, when payment becomes due and how replacements or refunds will be handled. Record the actual terms rather than assuming a standard split. TAP takes no commission or per-role collaboration fee.
Name the responsibilities
Decide who manages client communication, screening, interview coordination and feedback. Agree how quickly each team will provide updates and what happens when requirements change.
Confirm the same version
Both agency owners review and confirm the same saved agreement. Recheck the terms when they change. An accepted partner request alone is not completed agreement confirmation.
Check permission before introductions
Record current permission for the particular role and both agencies. Employer sharing needs its own permission. Resolve possible duplicate or attribution issues before progressing the introduction.
Keep the outcome and payment record current
Track interviews, offers and the placement. Record client collection and partner settlement after those transactions occur outside TAP. Keep the saved agreement and follow-up email copy with your records.
