Is it free?
Yes. Creating a job seeker profile and using the candidate area is free.
Do I need a recruiter to invite me?
No. You can create your own account. Enter the code we email you, then complete your profile. You can also continue with Google or Microsoft.
What does a recruiter do?
Recruiters help employers find people for jobs. They may talk with you about your experience, suggest suitable roles and help with applications. Each recruiter specialises in different types of work or locations.
Can I choose who I connect with?
Yes. Browse recruiters and recruitment businesses, then choose who you want to connect with. A connection does not guarantee an interview or a job.
Who can see my profile and CV?
Your profile starts private. Review what you share when connecting with a recruiter and manage access in your account. Read each application’s sharing information before submitting it.
Can I browse without creating an account?
Yes. You can browse public jobs and recruiter profiles. You’ll be asked to sign in when an action needs an account, such as completing an application.
Do I apply through TAP?
Open a job and follow its application instructions. Some jobs use a TAP application, while others may direct you to the advertiser’s own application page.
Does TAP employ me or guarantee a job?
No. TAP helps you find opportunities and connect with recruiters. Hiring decisions are made by the employer or recruiter, and a job offer is not guaranteed.
I already have a TAP account. Do I need another one?
If you already have a candidate account, use its email address to request a code, or use your existing sign-in method. An email linked to an agency or employer workspace needs a different email for a separate job seeker profile.

Use our Contact us page for account or website help. For questions about a particular job, contact the recruiter or employer named in that listing.
