Enquiries
The enquiry form stores the name, work email, organisation, role, interests and message you submit so TAP can review your request. Avoid including CVs, medical information or other sensitive candidate details.
Directory profiles
Agency administrators can choose to publish or withdraw their public agency listing from the workspace at no charge. Only their agency name, branding, introduction, location, specialisms, services and website are copied. Business email and phone are shown only if the agency chooses that option. Candidate profiles, recruiter records and internal recruitment data are not published.
Employer profiles and hiring briefs
When an employer posts a brief, TAP stores its company profile, contact details, job description and proposals. Signed-in TAP agencies can view the company profile and brief. The employer’s direct contact details stay private until the employer selects an agency, then those details are shared with that selected agency. The employer can update the profile, close briefs and replace the private management link. That private link acts like a password: anyone who has it can manage the profile and read proposals. Keep it private. Employers can verify their email on the private employer page and choose whether to receive proposal notifications. Keep the private management link safe.
Website operation
The site uses hosting services and account authentication. TAP workspace sign-in supports email and connected identity providers; website administration is restricted to approved, verified TAP administrator accounts. Hosting and sign-in services process technical information under their own policies. One-way fingerprints of email addresses and connection addresses help limit repeated form submissions. It is not used for advertising. Public marketing pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and performance, and TAP stores daily aggregate page views and button-click counts for up to 90 days. TAP also uses a temporary random ID in browser session storage to show live public-page visits, approximate city/country, device category and entry-source category to its authorised administrators. Each tab session resets after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours. A separate random first-party browser ID is stored locally for 30 days to group returning public-page visits and their page timelines. Anonymous history is not linked retrospectively to your sign-in and cannot recognise you on other devices or after browser storage is cleared. When you are signed in, public-page visits are recorded separately against a protected account identifier and your member display name for authorised TAP administrators. Signed-in history can follow your account across devices. Detailed history is retained for up to 30 days before scheduled deletion; daily session totals are kept for up to 90 days. These analytics do not store IP addresses, form entries or query strings, and do not use tracking cookies. Platform online presence may show a public business identity where your viewing preferences allow it; otherwise it is shown as a private member. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Private workspace, admin and sign-in pages do not include the marketing analytics script. Authorised TAP administrators can inspect account contacts, billing and scoped workspace records for support. Support access requires a reason and is recorded in an audit log. There are no advertising pixels.
Corrections and removal
Agency administrators can edit or withdraw their public agency listing from their workspace. Use the contact form to request a correction or removal if you cannot access the account. Enquiries are accessible only to authorised TAP administrators. Contact TAP through the website to request removal of an employer profile or brief.
Public job listings
An employer can explicitly publish selected job information to TAP’s public jobs board, including the company and role names, location, work type, optional salary text, public description, requirements and an application link. Only those approved fields are displayed. Private company records and candidate data remain in the workspace. Some listings accept applications through TAP, which stores the submitted application for the hiring team. Other listings link to the employer’s HTTPS application site; TAP does not receive applications submitted on those external sites. Employers can withdraw a listing or close the role.
