Can my agency join and publish a profile for free?+
Yes. Creating, publishing and updating your public agency profile is free. You can also use the free network account without starting a paid trial.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
A preview without payment details returns to Free. When you activate a Stripe subscription, its trial renews at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What is included in the monthly price?+
Choose a supported billing currency on the pricing page and in Account. Paid plans include 2 team seats; the fixed extra-seat price is shown in the same currency. Review renewal terms and any applicable taxes at checkout.
Can we export our agency data if we leave?+
Yes. An agency administrator can download an export from Settings → Billing & data. Candidate profile access and files remain controlled by their current sharing permissions; the export does not make a permanent copy of private candidate files.
What happens if we cancel a paid plan?+
Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period, then the workspace falls back to Free. Cancelling does not delete your agency records. Export first, then contact TAP if you want the workspace permanently closed.
Do you charge for split roles or placements?+
No per-role or placement fee is included in these plans. Agencies agree their own client fee, split and responsibilities. TAP subscriptions are separate.
Do invited employers or basic briefs cost anything?+
No. Employers can post a basic brief from the website for free or use the limited workspace an agency invites them to. A full standalone employer CRM/ATS is a separate paid plan.
What is the Employer Workspace plan?+
It is a standalone CRM/ATS for an employer team to create and manage briefs, send them to TAP agencies, manage proposals and track candidates through hiring stages. The plan includes two hiring seats. See pricing for the fixed monthly price in your selected billing currency.
Where can TAP job ads be published?+
Approved ads can be published on TAP’s own job board. External job-board connections are not available yet.
Can one recruiter work with several agencies or employers?+
Yes. The same personal TAP-R ID can link to multiple workplaces at once. Each organisation approves its own seat. Switch dashboards in My workplaces; each organisation’s private records and permissions remain separate.
Does every workplace need an available seat?+
Yes. Each organisation needs a plan that supports team seats and an available seat when it accepts the connection. The personal ID does not include a paid plan or bypass workplace permissions. TAP-ID requests do not reserve or automatically purchase extra seats.
What happens to candidate connections when a recruiter leaves?+
The agency keeps its records and organisation connections. Separately approved personal recruiter connections can remain with the recruiter, subject to candidate consent and expiry. Agency notes, CV files, applications and contracts are not transferred. Candidates can withdraw personal access.
