Bring recruiters into your team by TAP ID

SIMPLE BY DESIGN

From one brief
to a better shortlist.

  1. 01

Review an employer brief: the role, hiring needs and recruitment support required.

  2. 02

Submit a proposal with your agency experience, sourcing approach, proposed fee and terms.

  3. 03

The employer compares proposals and chooses the best fit, not necessarily the lowest fee.

  4. 04

Confirm the engagement and responsibilities with the employer before recruitment starts.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make it clear.

Is an employer brief the same as a shared role?

No. An employer brief is a business seeking recruitment support from an agency. A shared role is an agency seeking another agency to collaborate under an agreed fee split. Job seekers apply for vacancies on the job board, not employer briefs.

Can I start with job sharing only?

Yes. The network-focused workspace keeps shared roles, profiles, introductions and partnerships close at hand. Optional recruitment tools can be enabled by your agency.

Do I have to replace my ATS?

No. Use TAP alongside your existing ATS for agency collaboration. Direct ATS synchronisation is not currently available; you control which records you add and share.

Does TAP take a cut of a placement?

No. Agencies agree and retain their own shares of the placement fee. TAP subscriptions are separate, with no per-role collaboration commission.

Which plan should I start with?

Free gives you a public agency profile, a place to explore and replies to conversations opened by paid agencies or employers. Network adds new agency conversations and agency collaboration. Agency Growth adds recruitment CRM and hiring tools. Compare the current inclusions and seat prices on the pricing page.

Can one recruiter work with several agencies or employers?

Yes. The same personal TAP-R ID can link to multiple workplaces at once. Each organisation approves its own seat. Switch dashboards in My workplaces; each organisation’s private records and permissions remain separate.

Does every workplace need an available seat?

Yes. Each organisation needs a plan that supports team seats and an available seat when it accepts the connection. The personal ID does not include a paid plan or bypass workplace permissions. TAP-ID requests do not reserve or automatically purchase extra seats.

What happens to candidate connections when a recruiter leaves?

The agency keeps its records and organisation connections. Separately approved personal recruiter connections can remain with the recruiter, subject to candidate consent and expiry. Agency notes, CV files, applications and contracts are not transferred. Candidates can withdraw personal access.
